Hello Fapstronauts! I've been yearning to start my journey in NoFap for a long time now, finally I churned up the courage to bring into reality what I've been putting off. I'm a 19 year old male college student. I have been into masturbating since a kid and been watching porn since 10 years old. I stumbled into animated porn or "hentai" accidentally as a kid, as time goes by I got addicted in consuming it during my puberty. In no time, masturbation and porn consumption became my go to whenever I feel bored, sad, angry, etc. Whenever I get into watching porn and masturbation, I waste a ton of hours and it cripples my day leading into sleepless nights and late submission of requirements. I have been trying to stop this bad addiction of mine since the start of my senior high school but to no avail I still am addicted to it. To strengthen my resolve I have come to join this movement, to end this once and for all. Please lend me your guidance and support. - Cloud
I'm going through the same thing, man. I hope we will get through this, I think we should gradually let go. For example, I think we can get rid of addiction when we say first a week, then two weeks.
