Sudden Respect from others

    Weird story.

    I visit my mom who lives in an old age apartment. There is this lady, who always threw these nasty comments at me. At that time, I was heavy on pmo and whenever I encountered her on the elevator/lobby she would question me with "Do you live here?" Are you 65 years old?" "Are you an immigrant?" Can I see your id?" etc.

    Honestly, I thought of talking back to her & even imagine myself punching her or something...

    7 days nofap monk mode.

    Today I met her again in the lobby and she is like "much better" Keep up the work!" "Right on!"

    WTF? I was so surprised, I thought she had a mental illness and was just always negative but she suddenly did a 180.

    In hindsight, besides being rude and judgmental this lady is very observant!

    Yes. That’s one of the benefits of nofap. Over time you get more and more respect from others.

    I’m not sure exactly why like many others. But my best guess is that nofap increases positive hormones and chemicals that are naturally given off during social interactions.

    masturbation addiction completely destroys your supply of these hormones and makes you seem awkward, off or prone to disrespect.

    keep on the streak. 7 days is great. But this benefit and many others dramatically increase by the 50 day mark :)
