Sudden Change after Roughly a Month (?) of No PMO

Hi!

I just wanted to know if my thing is normal.

For a little bit of background, I'm in my late teenage years and I think I have done no PMO for about a month. I'm not really sure about my streak because I'm really trying to make NoFap a lifestyle. I also have experienced a break up with my ex who I loved the most.

Okay, so here's what I've experienced.

Over the past few days, I noticed that I have this sudden urge in wanting to have a deep relationship with women. I don't know if this is me just wanting to sleep with them or not. I also noticed that MANY WOMEN look very attractive to me physically. It's like, "How come I didn't notice all of these beautiful women out here?" I can see that they have their own distinctive beauty, such as eyebrows, facial structures, cheeks, smile, eyes, hair, etc. All of those small things attracted me when I thought it wouldn't.

Seriously, is this normal? I'm quite afraid this is all just some mind games created by my crafty brain to lure me again to PMO. I've managed to really just don't care about the urges and fantasies here and there. However, I'm concerned if what I'm experiencing right now is just another bait for me.

 

Well, I just ignored it most of the time.
