Disclaimer : This is NOT a Success Story, but has its relevance to this area. While I genuinely appreciate the effort every single one of us puts here to help self or others or even both, I would indeed like to mention one surprising observation on how premarital lustmaking stories are embedded into our rebooting forums. Often intentions of retaining the sexual energy are distorted for many of us & we are working on purifying them. Meanwhile we get to see how someone got a Girlfriend or Boyfriend and then how their efforts paid off by succeeding in finding the one & how they stayed over & blah blah blah. Also premarital sex is not right(WRONG). If one measures success in those terms I think it should at least be private right?? Reading the whole post only to find out how attraction worked out to get laid is just plain dumb move on my part. Can I get some help? I know it all comes down to personal awareness & vigilance, but I really think that having read so many stories on premarital sex(one in every 2-3posts under this section), I think our non-conscious parts take it as an acceptable behavior. I am not educating anyone but RELAPSE IS NOT RELAPSE, IT IS BROKEN INTEGRITY. I just broke my integrity now, by my own ignorance regarding this subject & I've learnt my lesson. But, this may help some other rookies. Tell me if I am wrong.
I read your post twice and I somehow haven't managed to figure out what is your point and what are you wanting correction for?
I'm not a fan of people who use NoFap as a means to get laid. NoFap, in my opinion, is about improving many areas of someone's life, not just one.
I don't think its necessarily about getting laid, but about pursuing your goals/desires. If your jacking off everyday you don't have that desire to get laid as you would if the semen is raging inside you. It's funny because I've always had this thought before, but never really believed in myself due to the lack of scientific evidence. Now that there are studies on semen retention, I feel stupid for not believing in my intuition. Just goes to show you that one should always follow their intuition.
