I'm on just day 58, but I already feel much more confidence. I can walk shirtless in gym when there's girls around. Even if I don't have a six pack. I don't care. That's all Like, I'm not worried about it. I stare at you, I make a really tight eye contact. My handshake has become more stronger, the grip is just fuller of strength. I'm about to grow a big-ass beard too Well, I don't even know man... I'm better at gym, better at communication and noticing people who do or don't do nofap. Never have I felt soo nice and I'm still on this strange flatline. Anyways, this is just beginning and I want you guys to never stop, cause it is worth it. I turned on marathon mentality and understood that I really want it. And I know - yes - this is gonna be hella long, but hella worth it also, so let's go!
