Okay, so, here's my story and some thoughts.

I've been masturbating twice a day on average for years, sometimes with porn, sometimes without it, sometimes standing up, sometimes setting down and sometimes while laying in bed. I've had sex with my girlfriend (now my ex) at Christmas when I was 19 at the time. It was unsuccessful. I had a boner all the way through foreplay, but I went down to do oral when I found a massive bush facing me. I did oral with dental dam, which was awful, made me suffocate. I lost my erection here when I was losing my breath, I started to freak out and anxiety got the best of me and I couldn't keep up.
She left me 3 weeks after this. I felt horrible, I felt that there was something wrong with my sexuality. Thoughts like, "Oh I remember yesterday I didn't feel like masturbating, maybe this means I'm asexual."
This is where NoFap comes in. I read a shit tonne of threads on here, so I decided let's experiment with this. I decided to go 30 days without masturbating, it was okay, I had all that placebo stuff inside my head like oh that's for the better and I'll be a monster in bed after this. I did only 16 days, I masturbated for the first time when I was standing up and sperm came out yellow for some reason. Apparently it's because I was holding it in for too long or something of that sort. I talked to a friend of mine who had the same problem, but he then understood that male's sexuality is not to be undermined to "don't fap for 90 days, etc." And he had successful sex several times afterwards.

So I quit NoFap, got back to masturbating twice a day. I started to grasp that there's nothing wrong with me, and that my body is the way it is.
This is the success part: I go to a friend of mine for a sleep over. On this day I masturbated 3 times before I go to my friend's. I got to my female-friend's place, we get drunk and stuff. Apparently I had too much to drink that I passed out for like 30 minutes after midnight and then I woke up again. I felt so horny at the time. I had a massive erection even though I already masturbated 3 times on that day, and my blood is full of alcohol. She was horny as well. And this ended up being the most awesome sex I ever had. I lasted way longer than I expected, she was quite pleased and it was really good!

This event happening after a couple of months of constant thinking that my sexuality is very fragile, and reading stories for people who rebooted on day 70 instead of 90 and have to start over again makes me quite suspicious of the movement's idea. I'm just saying, if this worked for you, I'm really happy for you! Congratulations!
But if it didn't, don't feel bad. If you're young and don't have any physical issues, the problem is most likely in your head. That doesn't mean that you have to quit anything for months for your brain to, I don't know, reset? If you've some anxiety issues, don't leave them untreated. If you had bad sexual encounters, seek sex therapy if you can.

    Wish you all well!

To be honest I dont like your thread!

You judge NOFAP according to one situation. I dont want to defend NOFAP, it is everybody´s choice of course. And of course we all are different so why not.

In my case for instance, NOFAP has changed my life completely. And I should have said it has been changing my life completely. Is it placebo effect, is it real? Is yellow sperm inappropriate? I dont know. But I definitely stick with it, cause I think it causes us a real men - that is lacking in our society!

    Cheers!

NoFap works for me alongside therapy, twelve step, reading and meditation.

We will all have our own journeys
