Stuttering and Nofap

Anybody in here stuttering?

I have been stuttering since my childhood. My stuttering has being going up and down , but I recently noticed that it goes in hand with nofap. The more i fap, the more I stutter.

I think it has something to do with being more anxious when fapping, and thus it become difficult to articulate yourself. You don't have the confidence in what you are saying, and you become unsure about yourself.

A few years back my stuttering was very terrible, and I stuttered in almost every sentence. This was also a period where I fapped a lot. For the last 2 years it has been going very good - I stuttered much less, and I could have good conversations with people. But for the last couple of month it has started to worsen a bit. It started with getting Summer holiday = more time = increased boredom = increased fap. Maybe that's the reason, I guess.

Any advice or tips? Please share your story.

 

Yeah... It has a lot to do with not caring or focusing so much on how people think. People in my circumstances generally don't tease or make fun of my stuttering when I'm doing it. It is still relieving for myself to express myself limitless.
