Stuck

    This past month I haven't been able to last 2 days I feel like this addiction has gotten alot harder no matter what I do I always feel aroused at the end of the day. Does anyone know any help or why.

    you must find a porn-substitute.

    for me this is running and meditation. learn to meditate very intense.

    and a very simple but good rule - whatever happens dont touch your penis.

    this is not visiting a pony farm - this is a real hard challenge. you have to be strong.
