Not sure if this is eating anyone up. But ever since i broke my addiction I've become irritable and now ive been having a lot of stress. Is this normal for people that were addicted to porn? How do you cope with this?
You probably used porn to relax and now you need an alternative. My suggestion would be meditation but there are plenty of healthy options if meditation does not float your boat.
