Hello everyone,

I have been watching porn since I was 11 thought it was awesome was masterbating everyday nearly thought it was awesome but I realised around me I have been look at people in the wrong way always looked a girls in a sexual way never as a friend and never had the confidence to speak to them always thought people judged me and of course people do jude. Recently I have tooken the no PMO challenge and it's changed my life I went out with some girls today was awesome went to the local fair normally I wasn't be able to smile and acted manly, But today I just acted my self and nothing bad happened also contacted more people recently and things have picked up. I just can't wait for this addiction to end this is the third time trying to stop PMO but this time I am going to quit no matter what, can't wait for the awesome future and I have other people's successful stories and I can't wait till I make history.
