Hi All,
Can any body teach me how to stop mental sexual fantasies when it come?I am not addicted to porn but to M.

your situation is similar to mine, by the sounds of it.
heres some tips:

dont go peeking or looking at anything or anyone (prehaps even the face, if your serious), this is what your mind usually uses to adjust its fantasys towards

do other things with your life, so you have other things to think about: work,sport,excersize,relationships,friends,hobbies,intrestes, etcc....

when you do get a thought, take a deep breath, and do something to occupy yourself if you can, dont just sit or lie there, talk to someone or do something.
