I have been successful since 4/11/17! No PMO, and I really credit my Lord first, and NoFap. This site helps me SO much - because I can finally open up to supportive people who know what I'm going through, many of who are people of like faith who haven't condemned me or looked on me with shame or disappointment. Also being able to pour out my feelings and thoughts in these posts has been very therapeutic.

The other important thing is that you all encourage me with strategies and your posts help me identify my personal weak moments and triggers.

The Lord works in mysterious ways, and I don't care what people may say, I believe He led me here. I have always prayed that I could win this fight, I have tried to stay away from P, but having NoFap has been a great weapon in this war, and I finally believe I can win it!

My wife has caught me a few times during our marriage through browser histories I didn't clear well enough or finding videos hidden in my house. I thank the Lord she's forgiven me more times than I deserved. But one day in the future I plan to show her this site and how it's helped me to stay PMO free! And it's also the reason I'm enjoying our intimacy more often since I'm not indulging my addiction and unrealistic expectations that P offers.

    Thank you fellow Fapronauts!
