starting reboot today

    Hi guys, I started off today with the 90-day reboot proposed by the NoFap manual. I hope I can do this. Watching porn and staring at / approaching other women was one of the reasons that my marriage recently came to an end, so this has been a serious wake up call for me. I want to be a better person with a better, less objectifying view of women.
