    its like every moment that i feel like no ones watchin ill fap and im like why do i keep doin this, i know i can stop doin i just can control the urge to fap..its become a part of my life that shouldnt be and its annoying as fuck

    Beezy, you can do this, and it's important to get it under control. It's good that you have an idea of what goes on in your head when you relapse. I would suggest that you set some small goals or break up your goals between looking at P, M, and O.

    Most importantly, I'd focus on the positive: rather than thinking about avoiding PMO all day (which means you have PMO on your mind all day), think about the alternative to PMO you're doing or planning to do. Do you want a gf or bf? Then go for it. Make yourself more attractive and get out and meet people. Are you already in a relationship? Work on how to improve it. NoFap is not so much about the "No" part but about all the alternatives you allow into your life when you get PMO out.

    yo i really appreciate you taking the time to say that, it means a lot..and im not in a relationship but even when i was in one id still have the problem and i thought havin a gf would solve it but it didnt. i just think i need to really really challege myself. before i even found this website i would go maximum of 4 days without fappin then i would fap..i cant get past 4 days because the urge becomes too crazy to resist..and im in college, work 5 days a week, i love and really wanna focus on making beats for people, i love drawing, sports, etc, but that alone time always creeps up and i just need to fight that alone time..and i agree not thinkin about it will help, i just need to get to that state of mind where it isnt on my mind and to just go day by day
