Starting Over

After doing some experimenting to see if NoFap really was helpful for me I have concluded that it was, and I am back to give NoFap another run. My best was 140 days. I have many strong reasons for giving up P, M, and O (either together or each one individually) and I would like to start my NoFap quest once more. As well as NoFap I will also be tracking my abstinence of some other personal habits. I now believe I can become a greater person and hopefully find some peace of mind by doing this. Even though nobody here knows me, I feel that posting this will make it more official in my mind and will help me through. I begin when the clock strikes midnight tonight.
