    Hello friends

    I am making a new commitment to PM as I have relapsed again after 16 days of abstinence and have been binging on porn and I need to get it back under control. So my commitment is to try and beat 16 days and go to one month. My record is 56 days I think. Helps to make the commitment on here!

    That's it. Back on the horse and no more binging otherwise the 16 days meant nothing.
