Starting 90 Day Reboot

I am doing a 90 day reboot. I started in SAA on March 28, 2020. I was sober for 15 months. I relapsed at the end of June, was sober for 50 days and since then have been relapsing every three days. I want to get a beachhead of sobriety from porn watching and I have turned to the NoFap program to do that. During this 90 day reboot period (and hopefully indefinitely thereafter) I want to refrain from watching porn (electronic, print and live action), and masturbation outside the presence of my wife. I started this reboot on Monday, September 27, 2021. I have been using the various techniques laid out in the NoFap program and intend to continue doing so.
