Started to notice it today

Started to notice the feeling of strength and power today. It’s been years since I’ve been sober this long from porn/pmo, it’s been 15 days. Eating cleaner, feeling a sense of calm and purpose in my day. I’m so used to the shame, sadness, and anger that this is a welcome change.
My addiction is social media and hooking up with females online through various “innocent” outlets. It’s ruined my sex life with my spouse and leaked into all of my relationships.
Looking forward to finishing today sober from porn and acting out.
