Day 1 is starting Rules: 1. No Laptop in the room 2. Rewarding after the first: a. 3 days b. 7 week c. 10 days d. 2 weeks e. 3 weeks f. 25 days g. 30 days 3. Running daily in the morning before work 4. Cooking daily smth I enjoy while listening to music 5. Read in the bible I believe this is the start. So may God help me be stong and support me.
I started a week ago and I believe that I should change a few things here. No offence just my opinion.
Today is day 1 for me as well. I have been reading the Bible. I believe God can remove my addiction from me so i've humbly asked him to. May God be with us. One day at a time.

Might I also suggest accountability? Who are you working with one-one-one each day in this struggle? How are you continuing to access P? How can you cut off that access 100%?
