    Hi !
    I'm 44 years old and in porn addiction since more than 20 years.
    My life is going through a realy bad crisis right now: Wife wants to leave me after catching we watching porn and being in sex chats for several times.

    I tried that already a year or 2 ago, but felt back in the trap!
    Now I want to get my live back !

    It's only a few days now but already hard, specially in the evening and nights to not masturbate.

    Oh thanks for sharing brother. I feel your pain. It is a good reminder to.me to that this behaviour has to stop. Can you vet a modicum of understanding from your partner explaining that it is. agiy thing but you still.love her deeply and although you have done. a stupid thing online, it's not real?

    now after 6 days my thoughts often per day drive of to erotic content and want me to get to these porn sites ...
    But I stay strong ...
