Spontaneous Emission!

Well, this is a first for me. I was changing clothes and headed to the shower when thin, yellowish semen began running from my penis.

There was no stimulation whatsoever--with the possible exception of making a crossover step with my legs--and there was nothing approaching an orgasm. No spasm, it just ran out of me as if I lost control of my urine.

I guess this means I'm "full"?

Should I be expecting more of this? On a practical basis, I can't let this happen at the wrong time. (And haven't had a wet dream in decades).

Any advice or suggestions please.
