Speeding up reboot.

    I've found that intermittent fasting, and taking a vitamin B6/12 and a zinc at night, while taking cold showers and no social media helps with flatline/recover. Also been drinking lots of tea. Mostly green. Anyone else have any input on speeding up reboot. Thanks.

    I get cold when I take cold shower. To speed up,you have to make mind set that porn and masturbation is dangerous to your health, imagine they never exist in this world. Love yourself. Doing workout, sleeping early, having good diet are really boost the reboot process. Read motivational books and most impotantly respect women whether they wear any kind of skin tight dresses. There were good and bad women. But becareful about those ladies who wear bad sextually attracted dresses. May be they don't have dignity but we have. These type of thinks also reset our mind quickly. Rebooting is the process to make ourself is a best human.

    Well by speeding it up make sure you aren't cutting corners that would leave you vulnerable to making the same wrong moves you were that got you into this mess.

    I mean I don't think there is such a thing as speeding up genuine recovery.

    As far as getting stronger and healthier, taking shortcuts does not count as doing the psychological work (i.e. building good habits unrelated to the physical) necessary to guard against future trials.
