I went on a good bodyweight circle workout + sprints + fast jogging + stretching . I was about to pass out, but made it home . On the track there was a woman I lusted really much . She was just too much for me to handle .. like my type . + There were like 3-5 women and one other man who was old and homo (prolly ) . I felt the energy with me.. grrr. Can't stand that .
Everybody's so eager to go back to gym that the booking sistem had a down in the system . Didn't go today because I need 30 minutes to reach the gym, and I couldn't afford to arrive and know that was already full (which probably was since the down of the sistem)

Got my 3rd training in this week. Moving forward I'm gonna devote less time on jumpropes and more time on weights. 2 x 500 jumpropes 1 x 250 jumpropes 2 x flat bench DB press 2 x skullcrushers 2 x all-out fury on the punching bag (lasted only about 30 seconds each tine; completwly winded me)
I actually downloaded this list 'cause I like to expand my musical knowledge. I already had the Blues Saraceno tune, and Easy Come Easy Go is right up my street. Can't Stop would've been great, but I got the DJ version by accident. Kinda ruins it. Couldn't get the Naruto theme, but did download a couple of related tracks. Anyway, thanks for posting this!
