Two weeks of summer camp really distracted me from using nofap a lot. Well, im back now, school has started. I have a bit of loneliness due to being seen as a "nerdy" or "weird" kid to my current school and the local junior high. This has caused me a lot of loneliness. However, my social life is slowly being repaired and i really want myself my normal social life back. I have been separated from a lot of my friends because of the new school year (different classes.) I just want my social life back so i can not be lonely which would distract me from using P.

  2. @Sanic I don't know you, but because I feel you are a realistic person I'd like to speak to you in a straightforward manner. PMO destroys people's lives. It bombards our brain with porn, changing its chemistry and damaging its abilities. It steals the most beautiful years of our life, alienating us and keeping us indoors instead of allowing us to do a sport, go out with our friends, have a laugh, tell jokes and feel great. It affects our intellect, especially the memory and the capacity to work for long hours. It makes us tired and lazy and if we, however, take up a sport, it increases the risk of injury, because it weakens our body. Also, it affects our growth. It literally kills relationships, because it causes erectile dysfunctions and reduces the libido or sex drive. Eventually, we become more attached to porn than our girlfriend or wife, which spells disaster for any relationship. We PMO addicts will neglect our jobs, families, even children for the 'high' generated by PMO.

Some people say that negative experiences make you wiser. However, I think it's learning from other people's negative experiences that makes you wiser. More than that, PMO is not a negative experience, it's a curse, just like drugs. Nobody ever says 'I have to go through the negative experience of taking drugs, because I want to know life and become wiser'. I wish I had never had any kind of PMO experience.

For years I blamed my addiction on my parents, childhood experiences, society, etc. But there are lots of people, even unhappier than me, who have no addiction whatsoever and who work hard for their families and never complain. So take the right decision now.
