I've been doing NoFap for a while now, and the skin of my penis is somehow getting really dry and sore/little cracks. Can't see them though, but it hurts a little. Especially if I move the skin back. This have never been a problem before. Does anyone else had this problem before? Is this normal? What should I do?
Perhaps your body was so used to always being moisturized down there from fapping (soap, water, lotion) that you through it out of balance? I have no clue.
