This is the advice I give to son. And here I need to be heeding that advice myself. The past months have been difficult, on again off again with porn use. It really fucking sucks and I wish I was as strong as I think I am.

I'm finally coming to terms with the fact that porn has been the most debilitating part of my life, eating away my time, confidence, and self worth. Admitting the problem is the first step, but the steps after are so damned hard.

yep. pretty damned hard. but what else are we going to do? live like this forever?? live with our dick ruling our lives? ruining our relationships? just so we can orgasm one more f'ing time to a fantasy?

use the clarity of this low time to put in place some things that will cause real change. find an IRL group to attend. start with a therapist. get and AP. put in place things that will still be there when this clarity fades some...

it sucks man. I feel you.
