Some things seen clear now.

I am currently at 157 day of hardmode.
I was also doing dopamine fast for the last couple of months(no games,movies, social media etc) Recently i decided to end this fast and play some videogames. I played some pvp games with chat and whatnot.
What i realise after a couple of days jush shoked me. The amount of men, exerting hate, anger, anxiety or even rage were astonishing. I was reading all these chat messages(usually about how bad player i am) and genuenly didn't understand why you need to spill all this venom on some stupid videogame.
Then it hit me. I was exactly like that before, and din't even noticing this.
Literally the only thing that changed - i stopped watching porn. I can't even comprehend how much that actually impact my personality.

 

You won't believe it. Starcraft 2. Some other games aswell.
Yes, i enjoyed them, but unfortunately for me i realise how addictive gaming is. I started to play everyday and noticed that i had urges to game, wery similar to porn addiction. I am thinking to stop playing for good. It waste too much of my time for nothing.
