Well if it is a medical condition then you would have to speak to a doctor about it, and they can refer you to other specialists (such as therapists or support groups for people with MS) who can help. Also there may be specialized forums for people who are facing similar issues.

Within the catholic tradition there are three vocations: married life, celibacy, and holy orders. All three are equally valid lifestyles. I guess what i'm trying to say is this - there is no shame in living a celibate life. If you were born unable to have sex, or had a disease that makes you unable, unfortunately married life may not be for you.

According to the MS society there are treatment options than can restore your function. ED meds, meds to control spasms, injections, penile pump. So no it's not just too bad. If none of those work then I suggest finding someone else with the condition to date or a woman that will understand. I have plenty of female friends that could care less if they ever had sex again no really. http://www.nationalmssociety.org/Symptoms-Diagnosis/MS-Symptoms/Sexual-Dysfunction

This is an old post but I’ll share my insights. No two people with MS are the same. It’s all about where the lesions are and their size. Richard Pryor did a bit about how MS makes your dick not work. When I had my first major relapse I had a lot of sexual issues but those have resolved. If you have them it’s treatable and also especially if you have relapse remitting symptoms will fluctuate a ton

  8. Brahmacharya.

Accept and embrace the lifestyle of celibacy, then you won't be involuntarily celibate.

    Meditate to control urges.

As you cultivate celibacy, you will gain more self love, and others will respect and love you in return. This will lead you into an upward spiral which will make your sacrifice worthwhile
