Hi, I'm new so I post here to have some social pressure on this I'm 30 years old. For the past 14 years, I'm watching porn and masturbate once a week, not a big deal. But I quit my job since several month, for start a business. Since I'm at home, I start masturbate almost every day, even if I'm married. I lost a lot of motivation, all of my energy, and I feel insecure talking to stranger people (I use to manage some people few month ago). I start to think that PM is a big part of the problem.
