So yeah, after 152 days of no p and about 2 weeks of no MO, flatline...

    So yeah after 152 of no p and not getting the effects that I've been hoping for, I start do adding no MO to it too. Now 2 weeks in the no MO I flatline. :( I'm not really sure if from going through the no MO or the fact I went down on my ssri meds about a month and I'm healing from that. I partly not sure if I'm healing from no MO or if I'm healing from going on the lower dose of the SSRI meds or hopefully both. Anyone trying no PMO and trying get off SSRIs at the same time. How's it going, can you heal from both?

    My brother,It is very long process.Recovery form this addiction depend upon on ur level of addiction.Evry one is different mate.Dont give up.Just hang in there.In the end u will see some ray of hope.GoodLuck.
