    Uhhhh, Trigger Warning! Just in case. Earlier I looked up the Instagram page of this public figure on Facebook. She's a dwarf, but Dear Lord the most perfectly gorgeous one I've ever seen in my life, perfect body only Mini. Her Instagram showed that she has an only fans and you can get 31 days of her content for 3 bucks. A year and a half ago, heck even a year ago I would have grabbed my wallet quicker than The Flash. However now that I know the damage that kind of thing did to me I wouldn't dare go back and throw away the prgress I've made and make my mental suffering meaningless.

    You did nothing wrong, by posting this here. Good shit brotha, in that moment it could’ve gone a couple of ways, and you chose “right”. Proud of you, and happy to hear that you didn’t succumb.

    You were almost seduced, triggered, and could’ve given in. But you know just how about how much pmo + psubs has harmed you, and you did the right thing. It takes real dedication, strength, and purity to fight for real love and genuine intimacy. Porn goes against all of that.

    In that moment, the decision you made clearly show’s that your PFC (Pre-frontal cortex) is strengthening. Idk about specifics but i believe that helps with decision-making ie: Thinking before you act, what the possible outcome/consequences could be, etc

    That’s really great progress well done bro. I haven’t spent a cent on acting out behaviours / cybersex since 08.20.23. I’ve also been off sex apps / dating app since 11.20.23. Feels good. Although still struggling with keeping away from P. It’s progress not perfection though right
