Hello everyone, i am a 24 year old guy starting Hard Mode. Lately i realized that i seem to have addiction to PMO. I had tried some time ago to stop again but i didn't really take it seriously and relapsed after a week i think. Also trying to reduce gaming time or even quitting but i find PMO more difficult to manage personally. I am aiming for the 90-day challenge so wish me luck.

@taren4 Good luck Just a suggestion for you and @Infected start writing journals in your age groups. Writing can be really useful on your recovery. It has helped me a lot.
