So frustrating....

    I relapsed yesterday after 6 days and it makes me so mad. Because before relapsing I didn't wanted to do it its like my urges controlled my body I was saying no to myself but I still failed to suceed.

    I now tell myself I will not be able to stop if I cant stop something I dont want to do.

    Anyway I can build a strong mind ?

  3. There are so many things to build a strong mind!

    At first: why you don't want to do it? You should look for motivations. Why did you started? What is your goal? What are the worst things about PMO to you? If you think about PMO these goals should be first comming into your mind.

    Second: you need a panic plan. It has to become an easy routine. If this happens then I will do that. Perhabs: if an urge comes around, you can take a cold shower. Or avoid smartphones at toilet. Look what triggers you, avoid these things.

    Its all about a plan and a concept.

    If you have this you should think about what old, bad habits can be removed by new, healthy habits. Look for some hobbies. Look for sports, books, a language to learn. Use your time! Become a better version of yourself.

    It is not easy, but you can prepare!

    first of all have belief in your capabilities that you will come out of this menace. don't be trick by the daily counter.
    take this as you daily target. tell you self that this is the day i want to remain it clean , i will not fuck up. by doing this way your focus get changed from you past continuous streak to daily accomplishment.

    generally, a higher no of the counter is motivating but it also makes it complacent and make us a bit flexible and weak.
    we try to reward our efforts and hence fell into the trap of old habbit.
    so dont be get tricked, make a goal that you should not spoil your present day a any cost. this will take you far enough.

    Thank you for your messages my brothers.

    The reason I failed that day is because I had nothing to do. I was on netflix and searching for hot scene on random movies.

    When I found it I just let myself go.

    Anyway yesterday I worked on a schedule to keep me busy all the time I hope it will work.

  7. Did you use the Panic Button of this homepage yet?
    Did you try a cold shower? It helps with urges.

    Some more ideas:

    - going for a walk / run
    - hit the gym
    - go away from all triggers, especially electronic devices
    - talk to some one
    - call someone (family, friends)
