I got drink last night and ended up watching porn and cams. I felt almost suicidal after. I have a girlfriend and feel like a scumbag I hate porn and the issues it’s given me through the years. Mostly just posting to get it off my chest as I work through the shame. All these posts are sad situations I hope everyone can get rid of their issues for good. It makes me feel like a bad person I hate living with secret bullshit behind the scenes and pray I can stop for good. I’ve been on and off with the porn thing always striving for abstinence but it’s easier said than done to rid myself of it for life.

Be nice to yourself, please. Would you tell a friend who is doing what you do that he is a scumbag? No, you would not. He is a human being and deserves love and compassion. And so do you!

You are not what you consume, are you? Do you like horror movies that somebody would describe as vile and revolting? Yes? Well, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are a sociopathic axe murderer, does it?

People who are addicted are hiding from pain. You have my sympathy whoever you are.
