    I decided to give my heart to God. I will give it. I will be strong and bounce back.....

    Stay away from triggers friends....I had been sober for 74 days, yesterday did edging, triggers led to Porn for hours...3 relapses....Evil is powerful

    Me too brother. This week i lost track again and pmod one to many times. I think at least most of us on this site can gage how they feel when they dont pmo for a certain amount of time compared to when they do and the distinct difference in your inner feelings thoughts and emotions and your overall character and behavior afterwards. I feel like my true self when im not pmoing at all. But at this moment because of the recent binge i feel like im back at square 1 and i know the only way to counter it. Live my life without pmo. The only way. Good luck brother your doing an amazing job keep doing your thing stay well.

    Yes, unable to handle true self...emotions,feelings,anxiety,discomfort,uncertainity....lack of balance pushing to PMO......we need to learn to stay balanced.....we will fight..thanks for support...we will battle this evil
