Alright so the benefits to nofap and quitting weed are almost identical in terms of mental clarity confidences , anxiety issues etc , do you think smoking weed while doing nofap make sure the benefits harder to notice ? Or is there anyone here who's completed 90+ days nofap while smoking weed and still seen huge benefits ?
The purpose of nofap is to gain self control. PMO becomes a problem when you can't control yourself and It controls you. If the decisions that you make are influenced by this habit then you are addicted and this is a problem , because you can't control your own life anymore. Similarly , If you are addicted to weed , then you wont gain much self control even if you abstain from PMO. But I personally think you will be better than before . So try to gain self control by limiting these habits and then Leaving them for good.
Hey man cheers for your reply , for me personally weed has no control over me and I'm not dependant on it (I use to be) , I only really do it once or twice a week and don't see any negatives in my life doing so , but if its going to affect my nofap progress/benefits then I will cut down to once a month or something .
