Sleepless nights

So I'm over 3 days on my 4th attempt, best streak is 5 days so far. The sleepless nights are getting really bad, I'm led in bed for hours trying to sleep but can't and just wanna fap to get myself tired but nope, going for 180 day reboot and determined to do it so decided to write this post and get some food then try again. Also quit smoking for over 24 hours so that might affect sleep as well. On the up-side, I saw a girl I ain't seen in months and she said "hey good looking" which she's never called me before but doubt that can be due to NoFap after just 3 days lol my skin does look nicer though so not sure, anyway stay strong on your NoFap journey!!!

 

Think I'm at the point where my brain is trying to tell me that living without PMO isn't worth it

 

Yeah it definitely is hard because like with smoking it's not natural so once you get past withdrawal it get's easier but your sex drive never really goes except for flatline so you're always struggling with it. I guess what I really want in my future is a wife who I can have sex with all time instead of fapping and not just for sex but someone to share my life with but I guess I'm worried that if I don't get a girlfriend and fully quit fapping then I'll go the rest of my life without having an orgasm. I know it sounds stupid but it's just the way I feel.

 

Can't beat it, let's just hope that this NoFap journey does end up with us finding a decent lady at end of day there are plenty of women out there and most of them would rather be with someone who gives them attention and doesn't watch porn and masturbate all the time so we have the choice of PMO all the time and doing nothing with our lives or risking reboot and possibly living an amazing life, what have we got to lose?

 

Yup, I believe the confidence comes from the amount of willpower and self control it requires to do NoFap, it's without a doubt the hardest thing I've ever had to do and I'm only just over 4 days!
