I.e it is not a matter of "can" one wake up at 3:30am, but rather 'will' one wake up at that time and why.
Well, it's just a habit. Farmers do it all the time. But certainly is a special time to wake up it's a diferent frequency most people are asleep also animals. Good to meditate, do things without distractions. But you need to know why you do it. It looks you are fading into waking up early
Haha first it sounds kind of funny. But I think you are right, it's a strange time to wake up, it's living in your own world, other people's ego and society are not around. If you don't have a deep purpose in life it's not very sustainable. Some people just like to wake up early to ride a bike for example so it's not necessarily a deep thing but it could be. It's more pure air, silence it can also be a fun time to be awake
Again I had my alarm go off at 3:30, I was up (thinking about a business matter late at night, reading aswell until 12pm/1am) I had no devices at all or blue light in my eyes though, just my mind going around. I certainly considered not sleeping, and going into the office, at 1-2am, but I decided against it, as I did not want to be tired in the middle of the day (I'm not sure that is a good enough excuse, as now I feel more tired (it's 9:30am) than I do when I wake up at 3:30am as normal
7am yep .5 hours earlier it's doable it feels and seems logically doable Just gotta get off at 6pm eat wash meditate hypnosis Then it'll be 5am wake up call. Yep. That's gonna be great, there's no reason for me to prioritize anything else over this at the moment ^_^
Day 56 3:30 am If I wake up in the middle of the night I simply meditate or try to fall asleep. Not using a phone during this time has helped me to fall asleep right away. Also no phone before going to sleep I go to sleep faster
~530am Woke up after sketchy dreams Not willing to go back to sleep Gonna stay up in my rooms Try to focus on mindfulness Reading and hypnosis And try to get up at 5am Or earlier. It's much easier to get up Wehn I didn't lift the day prior I'd like to start getting up earlier to maintain my streak. It's not worth it to me to stay up for things like, browsing, tv, hanging out, etc. I can do everything I want to do in the hours that I'm awake.
Day 1 5am After my alarm went off I took away my pillow. And eventually got up to use the bathroom and voila. Here I am writing. I am trying to stop rubbing my eye. It's been itchy. I think maybe I need to put in my anti-infection eye drop
Day 2 5am Okay I laid there a while and maybe fell half asleep some But I got up and wasn't really asleep fully So I'm counting it. And I have a good plan for what to do to ensure that I get out of bed at five as well.
