So no one else here relates? Anyway been in flatline for close to a few weeks now and finding that my body craves more sleep now. Something positive right? Sort of like things slowing down before getting better type of thing in the brain?
i can cos of depresh..which causes fatigue if you sleep too much..which makes you wanna sleep more..which isn't good for you. but ya..sleep can be kinda healing or soothing.. maybe once you stop craving more sleep you'll feel sort of motivated and stuff
