I've known about NoFap for a while, but I only made the decision to join today. I've struggled with porn for nearly ten years, and it's gotten significantly worse over the past year. I've already set up a lot of barriers- blocking sites, talking to trusted friends, etc.- but I'm still struggling on a weekly or even daily basis. Rome wasn't built in a day, and nor is this thing defeated in just a day, but I'm done. I am done with this. I am done feeling the way that I do now. I am done giving in. Here's to when I'm 30 days/100 days/1000 days free. I can't wait for it.
