I am thinking to start kick boxing, i've been going to the gym for several years now without being consistent and serious about it i am going just to be healthy and not to build muscle. Because i get very bored in the gym i want to try kick boxing,what do you think?
I say go for it. If it is a specialty gym for kickboxing classes, check and see if they offer a starter package, like maybe 3 classes intro for $20. Some gyms will let you come in and take a class for free. With either option you'll get to try it out and see if it is something you would enjoy before signing a contract and getting locked in for a time period, like a year.
Unfortunately my gym doesnt have kick boxing classes,i have to go somewhere else,i will ask them if i can try it first
