Should i continu my Streak ?(Prostate pain).(medical knowledge prefared)

Hello , guys I have been abstaining from porn and masturbation for 16 days after I had lots of binging and watching triggers with and without ejaculation for more than 3 to 5 hours per day .

My problem is that : I can't pee very good , my bladder can't get empty once , I need to go bathroom many times and I have difficulty in urination knowing that I don't have stones in bladder nor kidneys , also I don't have salts .

My thought: I think I have prostate congestion ! , anyone had this problem before ? , what should I do to relive it ? , should I continue on my Streak ?
