    Hello.

Long story short. I am not happy with my life at the moment. Nothing serious but i am not the kind of person i would like to be. At some point in time i became lazy and lost myself. I am single at the moment and i know that one reason is because i haven't been truthful to myself.

I don't know where this is coming from but recently i have felt this extra energy to make changes in my life. I started to meditate and also learning about law of attraction. I am doing sports and reading books more frequently. I also quit smoking over a month ago. I am on a good flow of self development and now i started to learn about NoFap.

This one might be the hardest challenge. This is my 11th day MO free. Trying also to be porn free but those pictures and videos in social media... I think its porn if you get sexually aroused and you just keep looking.

    Anyway. Greeting to everyone.

  3. good luck on your journey comerade, it really is better to avoid looking, nothing positive comes from social media except for small doses of dopamine, we get the same effect by hanging out with people irl, try to join an activity that you never imagined yourself to be a part of if you have the time and money, youll be surprised how much thrill you get meeting new people!
    well done with smoking!
keep it up, we all believe in you.
