Sharing more in 2024 (22M)

Hi everyone,

Hope you are well!
I've always been a lurker when it comes to forums and threads, I never liked the idea of putting my business out there for people to see. I might just be a private person naturally but I think it's more to do with how I think of myself, who knows.
Starting 2024 I'll try things differently when it comes to my porn addiction, I figured out I'm more likely to succeed at maintaining a habit if I get support somehow and this is one way of doing it. Realized this from building a pretty good gym habit this year, and that was I believe in big part thanks to people complimenting/encouraging me and working out with others.
I've tried quitting for the past 2-3 years and I've tried a lot of things. It's pretty been pretty bad lately because of shorter winter days and exams, so I'm hoping to bounce back. A new year is upon us so I'm feeling extra motivated and excited to have a fresh plate to start with. I'll be journaling often and I'll make the effort to help and support others here. This is new to me so I apologize in advance for any fault I may have caused.
We gotta believe we can break this terrible habit if we keep trying.
