Step 1 : take a shower. You will feel clean;
Step 2 : 20 press ups. To get a bit of testerone back;
Step 3 : don't Jerk again. It will be tempting;
Step 4 : drink water and eat something. You just used a lot of energy.;
Step 5 : go to sleep. It's a tough day tomorrow.
