I scored 10 but I found some of the questions difficult to answer. I found I could answer some of the questions either way.

 

I got 16 out of 20, mostly because I am preoccupied with thinking about sex, and have placed sex as the central idea for my life fulfillment, or at least I used to. Wanting to change this though and have been slowly

 

My score was as 6, but like someone else said there are questions that could have been answered either way.

13, but it's kind of hard to conclude when my sex life is nothing but porn and some sex services occasionally.

 

I got zero for sex addiction, 4 for betrayal trauma. So I guess all my work has paid off these last 4.5 years. 4 was normal relationship not active betrayal trauma…

 

15, but I answered the questions for how I felt in the past and how it was for me 70 days ago when I came back to Nofap.
I've seen a lot of improvement in the last 70 days, including a 50 day streak of no porn and now I'm 18 days without porn since my last relapse.
