    So recently I've been talking to a girl, who I have had sex with in the past. Things are pretty serious and she is familiar with the fact I do not nor ever have ejaculated from sex.

    My question is during my 90 day reboot aiming to increase sensitivity is it OK to have sex with her? I'm pretty sure we are going to be serious, and I've only had one instance where I started touching myself for about 5 to 10 seconds and then said no. I'm on day 28 as of today and want to keep going, and she says she is willing to be supportive of me until day 90.

    Now I am no expert, but what I have read is that real sex with a real person with no fantasizing helps to rewire the brain. If you fantasize it rewires porn pathways.

    @Properitas how long did that take you? And I assume your situation was alike where you abstained from PM?

    Maybe two years.
    But at this time I was still using p. So for you it should be faster.
