    Is too much sex (without orgasm) still bad for my reboot?

    Also, an orgasm from sex (aka from my gf's pussy), whilst presumably damagngd for my reboot, isn't as damaging as an orgasm from porn or my own hand, right?

    How far would that orgasm have set me back?

    I wanted to ask same but didn't wanna start a new thread lmao :v - I meant to start the 90-day no PMO challenge but also might be having an actual "encounter" with a girl on mid - late June (or at least she promised me to) so my question is: Could that "normal" sex session interfere with my progress and have to reset the counter down to 0 or keep pushing up to day 90?
