I want to know how different sex is from masturbation? All the benefits people claim to be having from abstaining from porn also results from abstaining from sex? Isn't sex supposed to be natural and healthy. Don't know but I'm against semen retention and I feel sex with a partner is essential for healthy life. What do you guys say?
Semen retention is a cult. Having a orgasme through sex is the normal . Actually it will cause you're partner to feel happy because he can get you off. You are also creating dopamine wich you link to that person and you fall in love. good feelings. But masturbation and porn causes negative emotions
Sex definitely has a bonding effect, and in a healthy relationship has positive effects. But I think depending on how sex is used, it can have different, but just as negative, effects as porn and masturbation. Sex can be a part of destructive, unhealthy behaviour just as masturbation can be. The difference, as I see it, is that sex is a good and natural behaviour with vast positive potential when engaged in healthily. I think that is why, for some, abstaining from sex is part of their reboot, to change unhealthy behaviour. What do you guys think? P.S. I was always told I use a massive amount of commas... It must be true.
So if you left PM but had sex with your partner you're still going to benefit from all the amazing things that come from NoFap...or is it just because of retaining your sperm for some time..because in that case these benefits won't be natural..youre going against your right to have sexual relationship and how long can you even keep up.
