Sex before or after 90 days ?

It really depends on what your goals are, we're all different on here.
For you, it might be that PM is the big issue, so having sex before 90 days is fine. However, lots of people on here are practicing semen retention (i.e. no ejaculation whatsoever), so sex before 90 days is a no-go.

I want to see what it feels like after 90 days of no PMO, and so I'm abstaining from sex until then. However, personally I haven't experienced any bad feelings towards orgasming/sex before (like headaches, depression or anxiety etc) so I will start having sex after this point (I think).

As for your wet dreams, this is a normal bodily function. However, it's exacerbated by sexual thoughts throughout the day and especially at night. If I go to bed horny and thinking about sexy things, I'm more likely to wake up messy. Lots of people don't have wet dreams because they can control their sexual thoughts better. Again, if you're not worried about semen retention, wet dreams are not a problem.
